By using Study Music Theory (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Study Music Theory is an educational app for learning music theory. It includes a step-by-step course, quizzes and ear-training tools. It is available on the web at studymusictheory.com and as an app for Android and iOS (listed on the App Store as "Music Theory & Ear Training").
We work hard to make the lessons clear and correct. However:
You may use Study Music Theory without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. If you are under the age at which you can agree to these terms where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to them for you. One account per person. You can delete your account at any time — see the account deletion page.
The app is currently free to use. The Android and iOS apps may offer optional premium purchases (subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase). These are sold and billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription.
